What is collected

• Contact form: name, company, email, WhatsApp, project type, budget range, timeline and message — only what you fill in.
• Visit source: URL parameters (UTM and Google Ads click identifiers such as gclid) and the landing page, sent with the form.
• Measurement: with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to measure visits, clicks and contacts. Without consent, the Google tag sends only cookieless signals without identifiers, used in aggregate.

Why it is used

• To reply to your message and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual steps, LGPD art. 7, V).
• To measure which pages and ads bring contacts (consent, art. 7, I).
• When you accept cookies and send the form, your email and phone are sent to Google in hashed form to attribute the contact to an ad (enhanced conversions).

Who it is shared with

• Web3Forms — delivers form messages by email.
• Google (Analytics and Ads) — measurement and advertising.
• Vercel — site hosting.

These services may process data outside Brazil, under the safeguards of LGPD art. 33. Data is never sold.

How long

Contact messages are kept while there is a conversation, proposal or contract, and for as long as legal obligations require. Measurement data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
