I designed the performance roadmap and implemented changes with the team. With about 30% of the plan completed, the platform supported production peaks of up to 6,000 users per hour through the registration journey.

I redesigned ingestion logic and implemented changes with the team, reducing daily upsert combinations from over 30 million to thousands, using streaming and batching.
